Come into the HearthKeepers Christian Sanctuary.

A place where women can be comforted by Christian advice and answers to some of todays troubling questions concerning things such as marriage, sex, forgiveness, and parenting.

What does HearthKeeper Mean?

The dictionary defines hearth as:
 1.  the stone or brick floor of a fireplace, often extending out into the room
  2.  a.  the fireside as the center of family life
       b.  family life; home
  3.  the part of a brick oven, or of a blacksmith's forge, on which the fire rests

Therefore,  a hearthkeeper is the person who keeps this vital fire burning in the home. The hearth (kitchen) will always be a place where people gather for comfort and fellowship for a party or a simple meal.

Decades ago Christian advice was given by Mothers, Grandmothers, and Aunts who were close by and would instruct the younger women in keeping a Godly home. These Hearthkeepers of the past looked to Proverbs 31:10-31 for guidance.
According to Titus 2:3-5 it is not for the men of the Church to instruct young Christian Mothers and Daughters. It is a job for the older mature women of Christ's Church.

As an older Hearthkeeper who has kept the home fires burning for the past 53 years and made the word of God the basis for all my answers for troubled people, whether young or old. I feel certain that God will bless all who come here seeking answers.

If you have questions or problems you would like the Hearthkeeper to address in private please let me know.
